Lead time depends on complexity, quantity and coating requirements. Prototypes typically ship in 2–4 weeks; production runs are scheduled after design confirmation.

Standard tolerances are held to commercial optical grades, with precision grades available down to ±0.01 mm on dimensions and λ/10 surface flatness on select components.

Common substrates include N-BK7, fused silica, calcium fluoride, sapphire, germanium and various optical crystals.

Yes. We offer anti-reflective, high-reflective, metallic and custom dielectric coatings across the UV to IR spectrum, applied in-house.
